Serves 3-4 people

4 Peaches, halved (1 per person)
1 Tbsp Butter

2 Tbsp Pistachio nuts, chopped
Pinch of Ground Cumin

To make the dukkah; add the sesame seeds, pistachio nuts and cumin together. Set aside.

To serve, place the yogurt on the bottom of the dish or plate, top with roasted peach halves and scatter a little dukkah over the peaches. Finish with a drizzle of honey and serve immediately
