Nut butter and banana protein smoothie
Power up with Fair Cape Dairies! I usually have something healthy for lunch, today I had avo on toast and a nut butter and banana protein smoothie. Filled with tons of fibre, calcium, protein and magnesium. Give it a try!
- 2 Frozen bananas, chopped
- 1 scoop Protein powder, I used the Wazoogles peanut power
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Nut butter of your choice
- 2 heaped tbsp Fair Cape double cream plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Tepid or cold water
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- Blitz in a blender or a nutribullet. Enjoy!
