Ripe, Sunny Berry Dessert

This quick & easy, berry dessert is perfect for the South African Summer festivities

Ingredients: 

2 bottles of Fair Cape Dairies Fresh Cream 

2 Punnets Fresh Strawberries or any other berry you wish to add

300g Meringues ( Home made or store bought)

Let’s getting baking: 

1. Chop strawberries into bite-size pieces and place in the fridge
2. Crumble meringues with hands into a bowl & set aside.
3. Wisk cream in bowl until stiff peaks
4. Place strawberries & Meringues into the whisked cream and gently fold until everything is mixed together
5. Place in the fridge until ready to serve cold
