No soaking needed.
Warm the milk and cream on the stove.
Add sugar, vanilla essence, stick cinnamon and boil.
Add sago, making sure your stove is on a medium heat and stir until sago makes mixture thick and the sago is translucent.
Add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add to sago mixture and stir until egg is cooked in.
Add a little butter to the pot.
Turn stove off and leave pot to simmer.
Sprinkle some powdered cinnamon on to taste when serving.
