Easy amasi scones
Two weeks ago I received a beautiful hamper from Fair Cape Dairies because @themomdiaries challenged me to whip up something in the kitchen with Fair Cape products. I accepted the challenge and made scones.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Cake flour
- 1 cup Castor sugar
- 6 tsp Baking powder
- 125 g Butter
- 1 cup Fair Cape Dairies amasi
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, roll out and cut to size. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool.
- Top with whipped Fair Cape cream and jam of your choice.
Notes
It's simple, easy to make and so delicious.
