Nut butter and banana protein smoothie

Power up with Fair Cape Dairies! I usually have something healthy for lunch, today I had avo on toast and a nut butter and banana protein smoothie. Filled with tons of fibre, calcium, protein and magnesium. Give it a try!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1 scoop Protein powder, I used the Wazoogles peanut power
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Nut butter of your choice
  • 2 heaped tbsp Fair Cape double cream plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Tepid or cold water
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blitz in a blender or a nutribullet. Enjoy!
