Who is The Milk Lady and what does she do?

Her name is Sonja Cornelissen and she is the Public Relations officer for Fair Cape Holdings. She handles our Customer Care Department, Events and is the Tour Guide when groups come to visit our state of the art milking parlour. To school kids all over the Western Cape she is very well known as the Milk Lady. On the tour, the kids learn about the history of Fair Cape, the cows, how well we look after them and the entire milking process until the bottle ends up on the shelf in the shop. They see how the cows get milked, are able to touch the calves and let them suck on their fingers. The Milk Lady loves the farm and adores her cows!
