Off Beet Blog contacted us with her idea to make some delicious recipes using Fair Cape Dairies products and today we would love to share with you her incredible homemade Labneh & macerated strawberries  using Fair Cape Dairies Double Cream Yoghurt.

Many of you might be wondering what this is. Labneh is yogurt that has been strained, giving it a thicker cream cheese consistency & macerated strawberries are strawberries that have been infused with a liquid by soaking them until soft.
